This blend of Catuai, Caturra, Typica and Bourbon was processed by the wet method. After being sorted by flotation, the beans are extracted from the cherry. Beans are then put in the lavadora aguapulpa which will mechanically wash (by friction) the remaining pulp.
Beans are finally evenly dried through a mechanical process.
