CARLOS CESAR AVILA
BLEND PEABERRY PULP WASHED ELECTRIC
The Caracolito (peaberry in English) is known for its round shape and its single seed in the cherry. This anomaly in the coffee tree turns the bean into a snail shell, hence its Spanish name, Caracolito (small snail).
More nutrients are thus concentrated into this single bean, resulting in a remarkable accumulation of flavours.
This bean was mechanically dried on drying beds powered by electricity.
