BLEND PEABERRY WASHED
The Caracolito (peaberry in English) is known for its round shape and its single seed in the cherry.
This particular bean is discovered at the very end of the process during size and density sorting. Indeed, after being sorted by flotation, the beans are extracted from the cherry. Beans are then put in the lavadora aguapulpa which will mechanically wash (by friction) the remaining pulp. Beans are evenly dried through a mechanical process powered by Diesel. The coffee is finally sorted to separate the Peaberry beans.
