BLEND PULP WASHED FERMENTED ELECTRIC
This Venezuelan green bean from the Hacienda Cocollar, Caripe has fermented for 48 hours in water basins after being extracted from the cherry. The bean is then mechanically dried on drying beds powered by electricity.
The fermentation stage results in a very interesting coffee with sweet chocolate, sweet lemon, custard apple notes.
