Finca La Lomita is located in the municipality of Aricagua in the state of Merida. Producing some of the best coffees in Venezuela, Merida is known for its coffee beans offering sweet notes, delicate aromas with a touch of acidity in the cup.
Alfredo Andrade is the owner of the farm and comes from a well-known family of producers in the region. He naturally chose to follow in his father’s footsteps by becoming a coffee producer himself.
With a farm located between 1700 and 1800 meters above sea level, Alfredo does everything possible to offer a quality coffee from the harvest to the drying of the beans. He has also taken the step of organic farming by using only organic products and methods for his plantations, even if even today the Venezuelan coffee producers cannot benefit from an internationally recognized certification.
